Job Description

The key deliverables for this position are as follows:

  1. Manage COO’s scheduling, communication and travel coordination
  2. Manage deliverables to the COO and provide any necessary reporting
  3. Create and edit presentations, documents and reports for the COO as required
  4. Lead or participate on project teams related to a range of operational matters
  5. Manage Administrative Management Team calendar, plans, and action items
  6. Support the COO’s participation in staff meetings, departmental meetings, Senior Management Team meetings,
  7. Develop and maintain appropriate document filing systems, and ensure compliance with records retention procedures
  8. Develop relationships with key operational contacts, both internal and external
  9. Ensure confidentiality at all times
  10. Other duties as assigned by the COO

Education: Bachelors in Finance & Accounting, Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Management (Business Administration)

Job Description

As an Asst. Manager Projects, you won’t only perform routine administrative duties like minute taking – rather, your responsibilities will be inextricably tied to the success of the project you are working on. Driving everything forward from planning to implementation, your actions will directly influence the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the project.
Every project is different and therefore your duties will change accordingly. However, for the most part, you will be responsible for monitoring project schedules and preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
As the project manager’s right hand man, you will play an important role in project planning and risk and issue management. Moreover, you will log, manage and analyze information on the progress of the project, using Excel and other bespoke databases. You may even be responsible for managing lower-level administrative support staff.
Education: Bachelors of Commerce or Bachelors in Social Science

Job Description

 

Responsibilities & Deliverables: The key deliverables for this position are given as follows:

  1. Maintain record of all assets in computer system (ERP) and in register.
  2. Ensure all assets are tagged after procurement.
  3. Issue asset tags at head office, branch, area and region level.
  4. Keep record of lost and theft assets.
  5. Keep record of transfer of assets in ERP.
  6. Ensure the dispose-off of assets according to organizational policy.
  7. Review the assets and its tagging on quarterly basis.
  8. Any task assigned by senior management.

 

Education & Qualification: Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com.)/Bachelors degree 
Experience:  2-3 years experience in related field
