Job Description
Key deliverables & Responsibilities:
The key deliverables of the position are given as follows:
  1. Compliance with Companies Act, 2017
  2. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2010
  3. Compliance with Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997
  4. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Regulations, 2018
  5. Filing with SECP
  6. Preparation of Minutes of meeting
Skills and competencies:
  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Drafting
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.

Educational Qualification:
ACMA inter OR ACCA finalist OR MBA finance having 3 years relevant experience OR CA intermediate with Article ship completed having experience of Corporate affairs will be preferred.
