Job Description

Key deliverables:

  1. Ensuring smooth and unhindered operations of Akhuwat Food Bank.
  2. Supervise the collection activities and build relation with respective donors.
  3. Responsible for food disbursement and manage the beneficiaries.
  4. Communicate with customs and related authorities, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activities
  5. Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost effective execution of all import activities.
  6. Generate requisitions for the expenses at Akhuwat Food Bank.
  7. Handling the operational cash outflow.
  8. Assist support to supporting staff and train them accordingly.

Educational Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree, minimum 14 years of education required.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
