Job Description

Key deliverables:

  1. Accomplishes store’s labor objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, counseling, and disciplining the labor.
  2. Communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures of Akhuwat.
  3. Maintains inventory by conducting daily physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
  4. Abide operational standards by resolving problems and identifying store system improvements.
  5. Comply store standards by providing budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
  6. Moves inventory by scheduling accessories from store, coordinating inventory transfers with related personals.
  7. Maintains storage by organizing floor space; adhere; recommending improvements.
  8. Accomplishes store and Akhuwat’s mission by completing related results as needed

Skills & competencies:

  1. Supervision, Accessories Maintenance
  1. Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information
  2. Deadline-Oriented, Dealing with Complexity

Educational Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree, minimum 14 years of education required.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
