Key deliverables:
- Accomplishes store’s labor objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, counseling, and disciplining the labor.
- Communicating job expectations, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures of Akhuwat.
- Maintains inventory by conducting daily physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Abide operational standards by resolving problems and identifying store system improvements.
- Comply store standards by providing budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Moves inventory by scheduling accessories from store, coordinating inventory transfers with related personals.
- Maintains storage by organizing floor space; adhere; recommending improvements.
- Accomplishes store and Akhuwat’s mission by completing related results as needed

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 14 years of education required.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
